Picture cards

The set comprises a total of 70 cards and is intended to accompany the Lotto games books in any language (the cards do not carry a caption).

The set comprises 22 number cards plus 12 cards in each of the other 4 themes which are:

food
clothes
classroom objects
animals

The cards are available in two sizes; large (110mm * 110mm) and small (55mm * 55mm). The large cards fit into the pockets of the large pocket dice (see below) and the small cards fit into the pockets of the small pocket dice.

Our PVC-covered foam pocket dice are particularly well-suited to the primary classroom environment because:

Our Giant Pocket Dice is a 130 mm (5") foam cube covered in transparent PVC with a pocket on each of its six sides. By inserting picture cards into the pockets you can use the dice as a language prompt. It can be used for simple activities to learn and consolidate vocabulary or combined with one or more other dice to prompt more complex language.

Being large it is suitable for class and large group activities.

For the card inserts you can either produce your own from card blanks (cutting the cards yourself or buying a pack of 50, as shown above) or use our multi-use picture cards - MPC1 and MPC2 - shown in the previous section.
